Hi and stuff. I think introduction posts are awkward and weird, and very seldom manage to convey what the author wants to do with a blog or site.
So, here goes-I’m going to try to post every night (although I may slack off on Saturday nights, it’s the one night my hubby’s not working at the moment.). I’m going to talk about my day, although it’s going to be mostly focused on what work I’ve done towards backing away from the abyss.
However, I’m also longwinded and I am hellishly opinionated, so I will also be talking about whatever else that might be tangentially related to my quest for health and balance.
If you find something you can take away here, as it goes-awesome. If you have advice, I’m all about that, as well, as long as it’s constructive and doesn’t have anything to do with “You should try this diet! It’s only 49.99 to start, and after the first week, you actually get to eat!”, because I’m not about that crap.
Now to go make this look fancy!
