I make a damn good chili. 🙂 It’s spicy and flavorful, but I don’t go in for all that super hot, “can’t taste anything but the dying of the skin cells on your tongue” stuff. So that’s what we had for supper. And it was all what’s made me decide for sure that I will be sticking with Myfitnesspal, over SparkPeople. MFP has this thing where you can add your own recipes, and I was able to put in every single ingredient, so that I could get an accurate calorie count and whatnot. Awesome.
Today is the end of my school week (This class runs from Thursday’s to Wednesdays), so it’s kind of my slacker day, so I don’t have a whole lot to report, other than the normal stuff, so this’ll be a fairly short post. A lot of blogs do “Wordless Wednesday” (I’ve been looking at blog prompts!), and I may do that. Maybe I’ll take hipster Instagram photos of my lunch or something. 🙂 At any rate, I’ll talk to you all tomorrow. 🙂
Pushups: 25! (and I probably could have done another couple, maybe. 😀 )
water: 6 glasses (I’m gonna try to get at least one more in, but I don’t know for sure.)
walking: More slow, lumbering stairs today. The dog did them with me. 🙂 (20 minutes)
