It’s the first day of the month, and Monday, so it’s a good time to talk about goals and stuff. My moving goal for this month is to walk 5 days a week. This morning, I got up, got dressed, drank 16 oz of water and walked for 30 minutes. (I walked for 15, then walked home. 🙂 )
Another goal I have for this month is to take at least 15 minutes every day for some personal quiet time. I mean what I say about this journey being about whole health, not just physical, and I kind of feel like all I do is think about food right now. I know it’s a necessary part of the process, but I don’t want to forget the rest of it, as well.
I’m also going to stop talking exclusively about what I’ve eaten each day (Although my dailies are still going to end each post-this is more about clerical streamlining and the fact that I don’t want to bore all 4 of my readers to death. lol) as well,in favor of other things. 🙂
On that note, I’m out for the night. 🙂
