I live in a small town in a small corner of Indiana. I kick it in an amazing 150 year old house with an amazing husband (considerably younger than the house), an amazing kiddo (even younger still!), and a seven pound guard dog named Rasputin. I’m a part time student, full time jewelry designer, and it’s in my nature to question *everything*.
In my 40+ years, I have laid blame, made excuses, lied to myself and everyone else, and flagellated myself by making true the bullshit society tries to feed girls, therefore missing the point completely.
I’m tired of resentment, and I am finally figuring out how to love me…and that I *have* to love me before I can go on with my greatness. 🙂
2013 pretty much began by laying down some hard truths, and this will be my chronicle, both daily, and long term, of how I go about full service health. This isn’t just about physical health and weight loss (although that’s a big part), but about mental health and learning that love is the foundation of everything, and in the end, being healthy is all one thing, rather than lots of little things.
